PlotThe film tells the story of Guido (Claudio Bisio), a romantic dreamer and literature teacher in a secondary school, whose life falls apart when the fiancée he has been living with for years leaves him for another man. Paolo (Frank Matano), one of his former under-achieving students, now a PE teacher, becomes his unlikely best friend. Paolo does everything he can to help Guido out of his crisis, starting by inviting Guido's Milanese parents to Naples. Things take a turn for the better when Guido meets Silvia, his new neighbour. Not only is she beautiful, but she also knows a lot about sport. On first impressions, she seems like the perfect woman. But does the perfect woman truly exist?
